Refund policy

At A.F.VANDEVORST, we value craftsmanship, clarity, and care — including in the way returns are handled. 

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, customers are required to submit a written return request within this 14-day period by email to info@afvandevorst.com.

Upon approval, the item must be returned without delay.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn, undamaged, and in impeccable condition
• Returned in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned boots have been received and carefully inspected, and provided they meet the return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Refunds are processed only after receipt of the returned item.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
